  • Rate limit circumvention: Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or disable any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures
  • Data aggregation: Collecting or aggregating our content for the purpose of creating competing services, datasets, or derivative works

3.2 Other Prohibited Activities

  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Sharing your account credentials with others
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our content
  • Removing any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

IN NO EVENT SHALL STANZA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to Terms
